Files are provided in Adobe's Acrobat format. To read these files, you need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your PC or Mac.
If you have the Reader installed, simply click on the name of the pdf file to launch it. The document will open within the browser window. You can view and/or print the document, then, when done, click the browser BACK button to close the document and return to the previous screen.
If the file will not open, you may need to upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 5 or higher.
